After a 200-year absence, two iconic animals are making
their comeback to the Carpathian's primeval forests.

After creating four short films for the Conservation Carpathia Foundation about the reintroduction of bison and beavers into the forests of the Făgăraș Mountains in Romania, we’ve fallen in love with these animals. Inspired by their story, we began working on a feature film that will reveal how these two species are reshaping the landscape in extraordinary ways, while supporting countless other animals in the process. The film is set to be released in 2027.
