Codruța's love for travel, nature and wildlife called her to pursue roads less travelled. She worked for a few years in the expedition cruising industry, mainly in Antarctica, Greenland and Svalbard, where she was close to penguins, seals and whales. This experience increased her passion for wildlife, as well as for nature photography, creating a desire to remain close to this field.
She joined forces with Dan Dinu and Cosmin Dumitrache for the Wild Romania project and being part of the team now, she is working on other documentaries about nature and conservation.
